As you prepare for an exciting year of middle school, please remember that all students entering 7th grade must have one of the following on file:

✅ An updated immunization record showing receipt of the Tdap vaccine, OR
✅ A completed Medical or Religious Exemption Form

To avoid delays at the start of the school year, please submit the required documentation as soon as possible.
